كيفية الاستخدام:

1. قبل السباحة في الماء المكلور، رجي الزجاجة جيدًا ورشي شعرك بها، اربطيه إذا أمكن وغطيه بقبعة الاستحمام.
2. بعد السباحة، اشطفي شعرك بماء الدش ثم رشي شعرك بتركيبة The Swim Proof Recipe مرة أخرى للتخلص من أي آثار للكلور.
3. اتركيه لمدة دقيقة ثم اغسلي شعرك جيدًا بشامبو وبلسم Bubble Trouble.
