Domestic Shipment Terms


Shipping costs are between EGP 45.00-180.00 depending on your governorate.
The products will arrive a maximum of a week after the order has been placed.

It is preferable for orders to be placed before 5:00 PM on Sundays to Thursdays in order to be counted as placed during that business day. Example: If an order is placed at 8:00 PM on a Sunday then the order will be counted as placed on Monday.
Return Policy

If you would like to replace a product:

If the product is defective due to shipping, please return it upon delivery/do not accept the product.

It is within your right as a customer to replace a product you ordered within three days of receiving the product under the following circumstances:

If the product is defective due to manufacturing.

Please note that you are not entitled to replacement if it is not within three days.

If you would like to return a product:

If the product is defective due to shipping, please return it upon delivery/do not accept the product.

It is within your right as a customer to return a product you ordered and receive a refund within three days of receiving the product and with the knowledge that you must pay for the return shipping costs under the following circumstances:

If the product is in its original condition and has not been opened in any way and the plastic wrap covering the product has not been removed.
If the product is defective due to manufacturing as mentioned before, and the customer does not wish to replace the product with another.

It is not permitted to seek a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

If more than three days have passed since the customer has received the product.
If the main reason behind the refund or replacement is related to any characteristic of the product that has been communicated on social media.
If the product is defective due to poor use or negligence, Example: ignoring the storage instructions on the bottle, placing the product in an unsuitable weather environment, heating the bottle for more time than is necessary, etc.
If the product has been opened in any way or the plastic wrap around the product has been removed and there are no other reasons behind the desired refund or replacement.

International Shipment Terms

  • Order tracking is possible via the link in the confirmation email.
  • You will receive an E-mail with the tracking link & number so you can track your order after it has been dispatched.

  • Order Cancellation is only possible within the same calendar day; Bank fees will be deducted upon cancelation.
  • For Gulf Countries will be 4-7 days from dispatch date which will be informed via Email.
  • For North USA will be 4-7 days working days from dispatch date which will be informed via Email.

     There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  • When are ‘Returns’ not possible?
  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 7 days from delivery, or 14 days for defective items.
  • Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Anything missing from the package you’ve received including Price Tags, Labels, Original Packing, Freebies & Accessories.
  • Fragile items, hygiene related items.
