How to use:

1. Apply the Indian Recipe from roots to strands for extra protection from the sun
2. Before swimming in chlorinated water, shake the Swim Proof Recipe bottle very well and spray your hair with it
3. After swimming, rinse your hair with shower water and then spray your hair with The Swim Proof Recipe one more time to get rid of any traces of chlorine
4. Apply Hair Perfume, Hold the bottle about 6-8 inches away from your head and spray lightly to distribute the fragrance evenly.
